Trusting the Process
Following the end of lock-down – and having been rather productive with my painting throughout that period – a friend encouraged me to have a go at selling my work at the Corn Hall Markets in Cirencester. So, for a few months I would turn up every Thursday and display my wares and managed to sell quite a few paintings.
However, due to my lack of confidence, I did find it rather exposing and although usually quite good at being ‘front of house’ found it rather nerve wracking selling my wares!
It may be an avenue to explore in the future and am considering entering my works to the Art Weeks trail one of these years.
Perhaps a goal for 2025?
